Job summary

SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager to own Salesforce and business systems for a London-based yacht brokerage. You will manage Salesforce administration, data quality, dashboards and operational reporting to enable sales activity and growth.

This hands-on role combines system management with process improvement, automation, and working with senior leaders to streamline workflows and implement AI tools for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in an operations, business support or similar role.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience including workflows and reporting.
• Strong understanding of how CRM systems support sales processes and commercial performance.
• Experience implementing AI tools, automation or other operational technologies.
• High data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with ownership of systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, ensuring the platform is well maintained and aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and management information for visibility of performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Support commercial and operational reporting, budgeting and forecasting with Finance.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, hardware, asset register and operational infrastructure.
• Coordinate travel, meetings and other operational requirements.
