Job summary

Page Personnel in London is recruiting a Public Policy Advisor (Account Manager) to drive growth of the policy practice in the UK. You will provide strategic advice to clients, manage key accounts, and cultivate new business with Parliament, Government and policy stakeholders.

The role requires a deep understanding of politics and government, excellent judgment, and strong interpersonal skills. Based in London, it is a permanent, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with politics, policy and government at Westminster, Whitehall and local authorities.
• Strategic client management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to meet deadlines and represent the firm externally.
• Excellent judgement and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of the Public Policy and Strategic Communication practice in the UK and within the firm.
• Pursue new business opportunities and attract clients internally and externally.
• Provide clients with strategic and tactical advice on Parliament, Government and policy community.
• Manage and undertake policy research.
• Provide public affairs, committee and media training for clients.
• Provide in-house advice for various legal teams.
• Attend events and party conferences, engaging with stakeholders on behalf of the firm.
