Linklaters in London seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to design and assure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Introhive.

You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs, own end‑to‑end solution designs, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria. This hybrid role provides global collaboration, a focus on reducing technical debt, and delivering value aligned with the firm’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce designs.
• Proficient in Flow and Apex with strong security/scalability focus.
• Familiar with ITIL and Agile project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder communication at senior levels.
• Ability to lead teams and manage workloads under pressure.
• Experience in product teams and agile delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce solution designs across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Assess options, justify choices, manage costs, risks and technical debt.
• Produce data models and technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Act as technical advisor to business stakeholders and teammates.
• Ensure alignment of technology strategy with business goals and value.
