Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Support meetings and events from concept to execution.
• Coordinate visitor check-in and badge printing.
• Liaise with Operations, WP‑Members, and other teams for smooth service.
• Assist with setup, teardown, and on-site service during events.
• Maintain Welcome Desk organization and mail handling, and input visitors.
