Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group, a global leader in premium meeting and event spaces, seeks a Senior AV Operations Specialist for our London flagship location. You will deliver and support AV/IT services for corporate meetings and events, partnering with property teams to ensure flawless client experiences and excellent hospitality.

You'll manage equipment, troubleshoot, coordinate pre-production with event teams, and uphold Convene standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in supporting AV and IT equipment and software.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment including analog/digital mixers, wireless systems, and projectors.
• Basic understanding of Crestron and other central control systems.
• Basic data networking principles and OS/app hardware knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple iWork.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV/IT services for corporate meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, lighting, and networking issues.
• Coordinate pre-production with property teams and event staff.
• Lead room teams, manage set up and strike, and supervise daily operations.
• Maintain client relationships and support production teams.
• Review SOPs and uphold Convene cultural standards.
