Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken English with keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to think critically, be self-starter, grasp the bigger picture and exercise good judgement.
• Team player comfortable working alone or with others.
• Intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint usage.
• Intermediate Copilot 365 or similar AI LLM skills.
• Intermediate content management tools (WordPress/SharePoint).
• Experience with social media in a professional context.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop, Creative Cloud, Premier Pro.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Analyst: 2–5 years in comms/corporate affairs; Associate: 4–10 years.

Aufgaben

• Research, create and edit written and visual content with colleagues, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Publish content to internal and external channels.
• Measure and optimise content and channel performance for audiences and AI.
• Build connections across ICG to enable efficient delivery.
• Support learning about private markets spaces and opportunities.
• Contribute to wider Corporate Affairs work including client comms, media relations, events and issues management.
• Mentor Analysts or Graduates and help manage interns, freelancers and agencies.
