Job summary

IFM Investors, a global asset manager, is seeking an Associate Director of Global Corporate Communications in London. The role leads proactive public relations across UK/Europe, shaping narratives around sustainability, investment expertise, and market themes.

You will work with Global External Relations, Marketing, Sustainable Investment and Global Client Solutions, delivering earned-media opportunities and engaging with senior spokespeople to turn complex investment topics into compelling

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate communications or financial communications
• Experience in investment management, pensions or complex global sectors
• Proven ability to craft external narratives and media campaigns
• Strong relationships with business, financial and institutional media (UK/Intl)
• Experience advising senior executives for high-profile media engagements
• Capability to design cross-functional communications processes and governance

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive earned-media activity aligned with IFM’s priorities.
• Develop integrated PR campaigns around IFM research and thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities to build IFM’s reputation as a sustainable investor.
• Manage paid media strategy and ensure alignment with narratives.
• Support spokespeople with media interviews and opportunities.
• Coordinate with global teams to maintain consistent messaging across regions.
