Job summary

ICG is seeking a Digital and Content Analyst or Associate to join its Corporate Affairs team in London. You will shape storytelling across external and internal communications, collaborating with investment teams, client solutions and stakeholders.

The role supports the growth of our brand in a global network and offers exposure to cross-market communications. Based in our London office, you will develop content, publish across channels, measure performance and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and grasp the bigger picture.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with WordPress, SharePoint or similar CMS.
• Experience using social media in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, write and edit content with internal and external partners.
• Publish content on internal and external channels.
• Monitor content performance and optimise accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues across ICG to support storytelling.
