Marsh in London is seeking an experienced Account Handler or Client Advisor to join our Energy & Power practice. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, with close collaboration with a supportive team and flexible working.
You will manage your own portfolio of clients, handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries, and contribute to high service standards across the book. Strong energy insurance experience is preferred.
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Marsh team in London as part of our Energy & Power practice. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work at least three days per week in the office, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with a highly experienced and supportive team while also benefiting from flexible working.
This position would be ideal for an experienced Account Handler or Client Advisor with a strong background in Energy & Power insurance. We are looking for someone who is confident managing client relationships, well organised, and capable of delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day handling of their insurance requirements. This will include managing renewals, processing mid‑term adjustments, supporting the preparation of client documentation, and responding to a range of client queries in a timely and professional manner. You will play an important role in helping to maintain strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence across the book.
