Job summary

Marsh seeks a talented Client Executive / Broker for Construction (International Energy) to join our Construction team in London. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly, offering exposure to major project insurance placements and strategic broking for UK and international markets.

You will work with top clients and network offices, delivering technical insurance advice and contributing to a close-knit construction insurance team with strong training and development

Qualifications

• Client and market facing experience within Construction Clients or large corporate clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to develop strong relationships with senior level client contact points

Responsibilities

• Exposure to major project insurance placements within the international construction sector specialising in energy
• Planning broking strategy with clients or network offices and broking in the UK and International markets
• Work closely with major clients and network offices providing both quasi retail and wholesale support
• Provide technical insurance advice on a wide variety of challenges that face our clients daily
• Become a member of a close-knit team of dedicated construction insurance specialists
• Industry focused insurance and technical training from markets leading construction insurance professionals
• Work in a busy environment with an experienced and supportive team
• Build on your existing insurance and industry knowledge and manage relationships with our broking and claims teams along with other support colleagues
