Job summary

Mentor Talent Acquisition is recruiting Full Stack Engineers for a profitable, fast-growing AI company focused on building an operating system for investment research. The team ships weekly and engages with demanding, paying customers in finance and consulting.

You will own features end to end across the frontend, backend and data layer, influencing product direction and engineering culture as the team grows from 20 to 40 engineers. London relocation is supported for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in TS/Next.js/PostgreSQL.
• Polished React/Next.js interfaces and TS problem-solving.
• Strong foundations in data structures and system design.
• Own projects end to end and ship with minimal specs.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across frontend, backend and data layer.
• Ship on a weekly cadence.
• Design and build entirely new ways of working with computers.
• Work on groundbreaking projects involving LLMs.
• Speak directly with clients and shape product decisions.
• Help define the engineering culture as the team doubles.
• Build frontier products capable of ingesting new types of research inputs.
• Build an AI-native CRM with deep links into the knowledge graph.
