Job summary

Junior is building an AI operating system for investment research, serving private equity firms, consultancies and financial institutions. You will own features end to end across frontend, backend and data layers, delivering iterations weekly and influencing product direction with customers.

You’ll work on groundbreaking projects with LLMs, own projects end to end, and help shape Junior’s engineering culture as the team scales in London. Strong TypeScript/Next.js/PostgreSQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and PostgreSQL
• Able to build polished React/Next.js interfaces and solve TS problems quickly
• Solid foundations in data structures and system design
• High-agency with product mindset and end-to-end ownership
• Excellent client-facing communication and relocation to London (Farringdon)

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across frontend, backend and data layer
• Ship on a weekly cadence
• Design and build new ways of working with computers
• Work on projects involving LLMs
• Interact directly with clients to shape product decisions
• Help define engineering culture as the team grows
