JuniorJunior is hiring in London to build an AI operating system for investment research. You will join a small, high-signal team shaping product and culture while delivering features that land with demanding customers.

The role focuses on TypeScript/Next.js with PostgreSQL, building polished interfaces, and working directly with clients to inform product decisions. Relocation to London and in-person collaboration in Farringdon are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience; demonstrated competence matters more than pedigree.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and PostgreSQL; able to build polished React/Next.js interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Ship quickly and iterate—deliver and improve features rapidly.
• Design and build new ways of working with computers.
• Work on groundbreaking projects involving LLMs and AI.
• Interact directly with clients to understand needs and feedback.
• Use client conversations to shape product decisions and roadmap.
• Help define engineering culture as the team grows.
