Job summary

MLabs Ltd in London is seeking a highly capable software engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup. You will own end-to-end systems, build autonomous AI workflows, and scale data pipelines that drive revenue.

You’ll work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, AWS, and data tooling to deliver high-impact outcomes from day one. The role requires 3+ years (mid) or 6+ years (senior) of professional engineering, with a track record in fast-moving startups or scaleups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering for mid-level candidates and 6+ years for senior-level candidates.
• Experience with fast-moving startups or scaleups and shipping high-impact code.
• Strong production experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical problems from scope to deployment, building foundational systems from scratch.
• Build and scale custom calling and dialer infrastructure with autonomous AI agents.
• Develop autonomous AI workflows to manage thousands of callbacks and schedule meetings.
• Create real-time insights and targeted signals to feed campaigns.
• Engineer high-scale data pipelines with web scraping and AI-driven qualification.
