Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd., based in London, seeks an operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year. You will handle venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall experience.

Join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team with significant responsibility, and travel opportunity to conferences overseas as needed. You will lead a 40-person volunteer crew and drive operational excellence across multiple events.

Qualifications

• No specific previous experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit is required.
• You will lead and train a 40-person volunteer team.
• You will manage end-to-end event operations with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Research and select suppliers; negotiate terms.
• Plan and execute conferences; coordinate venues and on-site teams.
• Provide on-site support during events; ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory and internal queries; update event sheets.
• Quality check design elements (banners, signage, brochures) and branding.
• Hire, train, and oversee 40 volunteers.
