Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. in London seeks an operations lead to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience.

You will ship complex events under tight deadlines, manage a 40-person volunteer network, travel to conferences overseas, and partner with senior leaders to define scalable processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• UK work permit is required.
• No specific prior experience required as training is provided.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and select the best suppliers for event needs; negotiate contracts and terms.
• Budget review and management; ensure changes are raised ahead of time.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities; coordinate with venue staff for logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person team of volunteers; maintain inventory and update event sheets.
