Optro in London is seeking a Partnerships Manager (EMEA) to lead partner enablement and delivery across EMEA/MENA/APAC, acting as the on-the-ground authority for the region. Based in London, you will set the pace for partner enablement, certification and delivery, building policy, processes and tackling real delivery challenges to keep the region running smoothly and independently.

• 8+ years related experience, with at least 2 years at Optro.
• Experience advising complex enterprise software implementations.
• Proven ability to build policy, processes and scalable delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead partner enablement and delivery readiness for EMEA/MENA/APAC.
• Own partner relationships and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product.
• Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement.
