Galliford Try is recruiting Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor roles across the UK. You will support administration, reporting, and performance on major projects, using your leadership and attention to detail to help deliver safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support a safe and compliant working environment across projects.
• Manage subcontract packages, including terms, pricing, programmes, and interim assessments.
• Issue and manage commercial notices, changes, and Compensation Event Quotations in line with contracts.
• Prepare, submit, and agree monthly applications with clients and monitor project expenditure.
• Maintain detailed cost plans, schedules of subcontractor liabilities, and Oracle-based analyses.
• Liaise with site, operational, and engineering teams to ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Produce monthly reports, Cost Value Reconciliations, and interpret expenditure data for decision-making.
• Contribute contractual expertise to estimating, bid teams, and project meetings, driving value and profit.
