Qualifications

• Experience with next-gen firewalls required.

• Manage support tickets and incidents professionally.
• Deliver clear communication with customers and teams.
• Assist with configuration and implementation for projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including Visio diagrams.

Skills

Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls - Fortigate, Palo Alto

Solid understanding of networking principles (CCNA R&S / JNCIS-ENT level knowledge)

Strong grasp of Layer 2 & 3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP)

Cisco or Juniper experience

Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS)
