Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly FortiGate and FortiManager.
• Solid understanding of networking including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Good understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
• Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and virtualisation.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and support Fortinet security and networking solutions.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments.
• Apply cyber security principles and best practices across infrastructure and systems.
• Provide 1st / 2nd / 3rd line support for technical issues.
• Contribute to IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
