Job summary

Rubicon Consulting in Rugby is seeking a Logistics Specialist on a 5‑month contract to manage daily warehouse operations, receiving, issuing and distributing parts to support manufacturing.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy with cycle counts, using SAP for receipts and materials movements, and ensuring 5S and safety standards are followed.

Experience with forklift handling, strong communication, and a proactive approach to improve stores functions are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, inventory control and FIFO principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing and distributing parts.
• Assist with material staging and delivery to shop floor.
• Maintain stock accuracy with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Utilise SAP to verify deliveries, receipts and movements; ensure proper data entry.
