Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a Material Handling Operator based in Lincoln. You will join a busy logistics team supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation, with full training on offloading, stock checks, SAP put-away, and high-rise picking.

Experience with WMS, forklift operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Local candidates with own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• WMS experience required.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Self-motivated, quick-thinking, and able to pick up new tasks swiftly.
• Strong eye for detail required.
• Forklift (FLT) experience with in-date certification preferred.
• Local to the Lincoln site required.
• Own transport required.
• SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Material movements using forklift trucks.
• Operating overhead cranes.
• Stock transactions in SAP.
• Picking and kitting of materials.
• Goods receipting of materials and booking in deliveries.
• Offloading vehicles, checking deliveries, and put-away to correct locations.
• Picking items from high-rise racking and other locations.
• Liaising with other departments to resolve day-to-day operational blockers.
