Job summary

Encore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage paperwork, coordinate transportation and deliveries for outgoing shipments. You will work with the Warehouse Manager to monitor routing, process orders, and maintain the WMS records to ensure timely delivery and accurate packing lists.

Responsibilities include coordinating local transport, ensuring compliance with health and safety rules, and assisting with invoicing related to trucking and warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced warehouse distribution office environment.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork and coordinate transportation and deliveries for outgoing shipments daily.
• Assist in monitoring daily routing to prioritise on‑time delivery/pickup.
• Create and manage sales orders and update records in the WMS system.
• Coordinate local transport requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain invoicing procedures related to truck booking and repairs.
