Job summary

A leading medical equipment company based in Oxford is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Coordinator to enhance its team. The role involves maintaining inventory in SAP, receiving goods, and ensuring safe handling of items. Candidates should have 2-3 years of warehouse experience and strong ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP, along with excellent communication and attention to detail. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension into a permanent role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or storeroom.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from suppliers and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Transfer items using the stock transfer order (STO) process.
• Assist in cycle counts and support quarterly audit readiness.
• Pick and pack items for dispatch ensuring all goods are safely handled.
