Job summary

Response Personnel Ltd is recruiting a knowledgeable Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator to work a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract in Leatherhead for a leading client.

You will create works orders, pick stock, process orders to invoicing, and maintain stock records while coordinating with hospitals, distributors and sales representatives to ensure timely delivery. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create works orders and pick stock for set building requirements.
• Process orders for customers, including loading works orders as required.
• Complete works orders and book finished goods into stock.
• Prepare loan sets for use and dispatch using the ERP system.
• Pick instruments, implants, samples, and other goods, then pack and dispatch as directed.
• Ship and track loan sets, liaising with hospitals, distributors, and sales reps.
• Maintain UK consignment stock records and ensure stock integrity.
• Perform regular cycle counts and archive completed works orders.
• Receive loan instrument and implant sets back into stock.
• Inspect instrumentation for functionality, missing parts, and cleanliness using checklists.
• Generate delivery documentation and invoices as required.
• Answer inbound telephone calls and process sales orders through to invoicing.
• Gather information to set up new customers and maintain pricing records.
• Liaise with departments to improve internal communication and efficiency.
• Deal with customer enquiries and log complaints/incidents.
• Generate customer documentation such as order acknowledgements and invoices.
