A leading aerospace manufacturer in Oxford seeks a Warehouse Coordinator on a fixed-term contract. Responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, supporting management, and ensuring stock efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience in the aviation supply chain, strong communication skills, and a full driving license. Qualifications

• Experience with the aviation supply chain is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good security awareness and understanding of stock vulnerability.
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise.
• Proven experience in a target-led environment.
• Knowledge of UK CAA / EASA Part 145 regulations.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation of a work area within the Material Management Warehouse.
• Support the Team Leaders and Senior Management.
• Achieve optimum stock turn and handling.
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships.
• Support and promote continuous improvement programmes.
• Operate cross-functionally across Warehouse functions.

Skills

Experience with aviation supply chain

Strong written and oral communication skills

Good security awareness

Organisational skills

Experience in target-led environment

Knowledge of UK CAA / EASA Part 145 regulations

Fully conversant with Microsoft Office

Education

Experience of driving forklift equipment

Full UK Driving License
