DHL Supply Chain, via the DigiHaul platform, is hiring a Transition Lead in Hatfield. You will drive onboarding of sites, oversee transition plans, and coordinate across customers, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful adoption.

The role combines project management, change management and operational leadership in a fast-paced environment with hybrid working patterns and a focus on delivering measurable business transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or operational environments.
• Change management and transformation project experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new customers/sites onto the DigiHaul platform.
• Develop and manage transition plans from planning to go-live and BAU handover.
• Build strong relationships with customers, DHL Supply Chain leadership and key stakeholders.
