Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding UK is seeking a Training, Application & Support Specialist to deliver high-quality training and practical system support across CargoWise One and related platforms. You will empower users, champion process improvements, and work with country, regional and global teams to standardise operations.

You will run both in-person and virtual training sessions, develop guides, and assist with testing and changes, contributing to operational excellence and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One is preferred.
• Able to collaborate with Country, Regional, and Global teams.
• Strong analytical skills to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide UK Training Application Support for CW1, EDM, and GSConnect.
• Deliver training sessions face-to-face and virtually.
• Create and maintain training materials and local work instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day operator support.
• Promote best practices and system understanding across users.
• Drive continuous improvement using First Choice tools.
• Support system testing and change implementation.
