Job summary

STEF Langdons Ltd is recruiting a Logistics Trainer to design and deliver engaging training across our network. You will lead training projects from design through to delivery, including DCPC, warehouse and other programmes, collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts, assessors and mentors.

You’ll review existing programmes, use feedback to strengthen learning solutions and travel nationwide to support training and assessment across our depots.

Qualifications

• Designed and delivered engaging training across departments.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to improve programmes.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Experience working with colleagues at all levels in team-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training that supports our people and meets legal requirements.
• Lead training projects from design through to delivery, including DCPC and warehouse training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, assessors and mentors; identify learning needs and create training materials.
• Review and improve existing programmes using feedback to strengthen solutions; represent STEF Langdons at meetings and events.
• Travel nationwide to support training and assessment across depots.
