Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to deliver skills-based training across multiple CCS sites. You will identify development needs and work with Team Managers to plan targeted 1-2-1 sessions and group workshops.

You will design courses, run both classroom and virtual sessions, and ensure compliance with processes while maintaining accurate records. This role offers career progression in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to staff across multiple sites.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and run both classroom and virtual sessions.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skills-based training to new inductees and existing staff across CCS sites.
• Develop training courses and workshops to improve process compliance and productivity.
• Coordinate with Team Managers to identify learning needs and schedule sessions.
• Maintain training records and evaluate course effectiveness.
