Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, retail, hospitality or event operations environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock, deliveries and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive team player who communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and managers.
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance and maintaining operational standards.
  • Safety-conscious with understanding of health & safety, food hygiene and security responsibilities in a customer-facing venue.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and deployment of Retail and Hospitality teams, ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Assist in delivering training and development programmes that drive customer service, product knowledge and operational excellence.
  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring accurate storage, distribution, rotation and replenishment to maximise sales and event performance.
  • Monitor deliveries, stock levels and equipment, reporting issues promptly and supporting accurate stock takes and record keeping.
  • Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene, health & safety, HACCP, COSHH and counter-terrorism compliance across all operations.

The Responsibilities
