Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering, Royston, UK, seeks a Stores/Despatch supervisor to lead the stores and dispatch teams, driving productivity and on-time delivery while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Understanding of import/export regulations; training provided.
• Outstanding communication with good interpersonal skills at all levels.
• High attention to detail; quality service levels.
• Forklift truck license desirable, but can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory through Goods In and Despatch.
• Maintain and control logistics documentation.
• Manage import/export of goods and materials.
• Obtain, check, and reconcile export paperwork.
• Encourage a can-do attitude to resolve issues within the team.
• Improve stock-turns and inventory management to targets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Route cards and periodic checks on equipment.
