Senior plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stores/Dispatch lead for the Aerospace Thermal Engineering unit. You will oversee Goods In and Despatch, manage inventory movements, and ensure compliant export paperwork to support on-time delivery.

You will lead a team, uphold high standards of housekeeping, and drive improvements in stock control and logistics processes while ensuring customer service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Must have right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Understanding of import/export regulations; willing to train.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• High attention to detail.
• Ensure high quality customer service levels.
• Forklift truck licence desirable, but training can be provided.

Aufgaben

• Oversee movement of all inventory through Goods In and Dispatch.
• Maintain and control logistics documentation.
• Manage import/export of goods and materials.
• Obtain, check, and reconcile all export paperwork.
• Encourage a can-do attitude to solve problems within the team.
• Improve stock turns and general inventory management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Operate route cards.
• Carry out periodic checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Perform all reasonable requests made by management.

Job Description

PurposeofRole:

To lead the Stores/Desptach areas to maximise productivity and sales without compromising quality. To ensure SATEs compliance with all import/export transactions and ensure on time delivery (OTD) and OTL is supported at the Stores function. To also support the teams acuracy regarding inventory movements both in and out. Additionally to support and lead direct reports.
