Job summary

Rotable Repairs Ltd is seeking a Stores & Logistics Supervisor to oversee Stores, Goods In, and Dispatch within an aviation MRO environment. You will lead the Stores and Logistics teams, ensure accurate inventory, and support production and customer requirements while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires knowledge of aviation regulations, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience within stores, logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain in aviation/MRO.
• Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams.
• Good understanding of aviation regulatory requirements, incl. EASA Part 145.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Stores, Goods In, and Dispatch functions.
• Lead and develop Stores and Logistics personnel with workload planning, training, and performance management.
• Ensure receipt, inspection, storage, control, and issuing of aircraft components and materials.
