Job summary

Rotable Repairs Ltd in Leigh on Sea is seeking a Stores & Logistics Supervisor to oversee Stores, Goods In, Dispatch and Logistics within a busy aviation MRO environment. You will ensure receipt, storage, control, movement and dispatch of aircraft components while maintaining regulatory, quality and company standards.

Lead Stores and Logistics teams, drive inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, logistics, or inventory control in aviation/MRO.
• Experience leading teams with workload planning and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Stores, Goods In and Dispatch activities.
• Lead and develop Stores and Logistics personnel; plan workloads.
• Ensure receipt, inspection, storage, control and issue of aircraft components.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, deliveries, and freight arrangements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement & Production Planning.
• Support audits, compliance with EASA Part 145 and quality standards.
