Job summary

Rotable Repairs Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stores & Logistics Supervisor to oversee Stores, Goods In, Dispatch and Logistics within a high‑regulation aviation MRO environment.

You will lead Stores and Logistics teams, ensure inventory accuracy, asset traceability, and timely support to production and customers while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard, NVQ Level 4/5, HNC/HND or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, stores, inventory control, or supply chain in aviation/MRO.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and EASA Part 145.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Stores, Goods In, and Dispatch functions.
• Lead and develop Stores and Logistics personnel with workload planning and performance management.
• Ensure receipt, storage, control and issuance of aircraft components and materials.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, deliveries, collections, and freight.
• Maintain inventory records, support stock counts, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and other departments.
