Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

You are a people person who sets high expectations and nurtures those around you. You create productive, engaged teams where everyone works together efficiently. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you inspire and take ownership for fleet allocation, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role depends on your customer service expertise, ability to motivate others, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; personality and drive are more important.
