Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. You will be a key part of the Branch Management Team, overseeing the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team. You will create productive, engaged teams that work together efficiently. You will inspire your team and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate others, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; your personality and drive are most important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance to bring a fresh approach to the role.
