Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are part of the Branch Management Team, responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles for customers.

You are a people person who sets high expectations and nurtures your team. You will create productive, engaged teams working together efficiently. You will inspire your team and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate others, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; personality and drive are more important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a fresh management approach.
