Our branches are busy, fast-paced places. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations, nurturing your team, and creating productive, engaged teams that work together efficiently. You will inspire your team and own the allocation and utilization of the fleet, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate others, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is helpful but not essential; a full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.

Our flagship branch near Leeds, situated just off the A8, offers a large, experienced team and a chance to bring a fresh approach to the role.
