Job summary

The successful candidate will raise POs, manage OTIF reporting, and assist with KPI data entry and monthly reports, while coordinating with transport and production teams for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and receipts (P2P).
• Report OTIF results and drive issue resolution.
• Maintain daily tier accountability information.
• Manage and purchase office stationery/consumables.
• Weekly site PO reporting and receipting by function.
• Complete monthly SMR reports and KPI portal data entry.
• Report KPI trends and publish graphs monthly.
• Manage pool car and car hire for site.
• Process driver pre-trip sheets and maintain records.
• Ensure Flexipod compliance and escalate repeat offenders.
