About The Role

Logistics Supervisor Outbound

Location: Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom

Type: Permanent

Pattern: Onsite, 5:30am-2pm, 5/7 rota, working 2/3 weekends

Pay: £17.48 weekday, £21.85 weekends

The Role Scope

• Maintaining accurate KPI records and monitoring individual performance with regular feedback
• Managing and developing the Team Leader group, ensuring standards are set and met
• Optimizing productivity flow across operations, balancing pace and accuracy
• Encouraging innovation and improvements from team members
• Supporting HR activities such as absence management, disciplinary actions, recruitment, training, and deputizing for the departmental manager when needed
