Logistics Supervisor – Stoke-on-Trent - Construction Experience Essential - Long Term Work

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor for a long-term position in Stoke-on-Trent. You will work on a prestigious new build project as part of a large and experienced site team. This role is to start immediately and will last for 12 months. Construction industry experience is essential for this role.

You will report directly to the Logistics Manager on site.

Duties:

1. Manage a team of operatives on site, including Hoists, Traffic Marshalls, FLDs, and site laborers.
2. Oversee the site traffic management plan.
3. Ensure an organized delivery schedule.
4. Oversee crane operations and lifting activities.
5. Conduct inductions for site operatives and subcontractors.
6. Attend progress meetings.
7. Manage day-to-day site operations and staff.

Experience:

• Experience on high-value new build projects.
• Experience with large-scale projects is advantageous.
• SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Long-term employment.
• Weekly pay.
