Job summary

Qualifications

Strong analytical and technical background with practical logistics exposure.
Experience in presales, solution engineering or technical consultancy.
Ability to configure software and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in Pin Routes, Pin Live, Pin Supply Chain and Truckstops.
Support presales with tailored demos, workshops and proposal input.
Collaborate with commercial teams to qualify opportunities and shape proposals.
Translate requirements into practical technical options and plans.
Configure and implement logistics solutions remotely and on-site.
Train customers and answer technical questions to drive adoption.
Present complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify product improvement opportunities with Product Owners and delivery teams.
