Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in system solutions, business analysis, or supply chain system implementation.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience with UAT processes and quality assurance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to drive standardization, configuration, and productization of supply chain systems.
• Develop tailored system solutions for mid-tier customers and coordinate resources.
• Oversee UAT test cases, plans, and reporting to ensure quality.
• Own complex projects from planning through delivery and manage risks.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best-practice resources.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and projects.
