Job summary

You will design tailored system solutions for mid-tier customers, coordinate documentation, lead UAT testing, manage complex projects end-to-end, and enable effective rollout through training and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with system solutions, business analysis, or supply chain system implementation.
• Experience working with mid-tier customers or in a B2B solution delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardization, configuration and productization of supply chain systems to shorten onboarding cycles.
• Design and deliver tailored system solutions for mid-tier customers and produce documentation.
• Coordinate testing, UAT planning and cross-functional testing reports.
• Own complex projects from planning through delivery and manage risks.
• Develop implementation documentation, training materials and run training sessions.
• Implement continuous improvement across processes and service quality.
