An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Shift Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic logistics operation. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient movement of goods through a hub-and-spoke network, maintaining high standards of service, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve performance and service targets.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, transport, and industry regulations.
• Optimise resource allocation and workflows using data and technology.
