Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Daventry is seeking a Logistics security officer who delivers excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment. You will monitor access, patrol the depot and assist visitors and colleagues using CCTV and on-site security procedures.

Preferably hold a current SIA licence or certificates; a full 5-year checkable history is required. Some licence training may be provided. Shifts are varied, pay £13.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5-year checkable employment/education history required.
• SIA licence or certificates preferred; licence training may be provided in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Patrol the depot.
• Provide a visible security contact for colleagues, contractors and visitors.
• Utilise CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with depot management teams.
• Deter theft and address security breaches.
• Assist with access/egress and gatehouse duties as required.
