You will win new clients, fill urgent temporary vacancies, and manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to placement. The role requires resilience, energy, and a strong commercial drive with a base salary of £28,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
• Resilient, target-driven and capable of working at pace.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Fill urgent temporary vacancies and manage client expectations.
• Write engaging job adverts and source candidates efficiently.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement and aftercare.
• Maintain CRM accuracy for visibility and compliance.
