Workforce is seeking a sales-focused 360 Logistics Recruitment Consultant to join our Cheltenham/Gloucester branch. This fast-paced role requires energy, resilience, and a strong commercial drive, with opportunities to win new business and fill urgent vacancies.

The role covers recruitment delivery and business development in the logistics sector, offering a base salary of £32,000–£38,000 plus uncapped commission and regular objective-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or B2B sales is desirable.
• Ability to develop new business and meet targets.
• Knowledge of logistics or driving sectors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and manage client relationships in the logistics sector.
• Fill urgent temporary vacancies and deliver fast recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen and register candidates while maintaining full compliance.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement and aftercare.
